Registrations to attend the International 4 Corners of Cardiology Conference 2026.
Below are the registration rates, inclusions and terms and conditions for registrations. All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note credit card payments will incur fees – refer to “Payment Options” below.

- To be eligible for the early bird and standard rates, registrations must be submitted AND fully paid by the deadline of 1 December 2025 (early bird) and 6 February 2026 (standard). Registrations with outstanding balances after this date will be updated to the applicable on site rates.
- Student rates are only applicable to individuals who will be full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students at the time of the Conference commencement in February 2026. Proof of student status will need to be provided at the time of registration. Without this, the relevant member/non-member rates will apply.

All full conference registrations include the following:
- Daily catering.
- One ticket to the Networking Reception.
- Entry to the trade exhibition across the Conference days.
- Conference pack (name badge and electronic certificate of attendance post-Conference).
- Access to full program via the Conference app.

Registration Procedure
- Registration Confirmation
- Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation attaching a tax invoice and receipt. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.

- Name Badge
- Each delegate of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to the networking function. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

- Certificate of Attendance
- A certificate of attendance will be issued via email after the completion of the conference to delegates who attended.
Payment Options
Credit/Debit Card
Please note, Credit card is the preferred method of payment. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.
Payments by credit card will incur the following fees to cover administrative costs to process the payments and account reconciliations, transaction processing fees and compliance and security costs:
- Visa and MasterCard – 2.2%
- American Express – 3.0%
Invoice and Bank Transfer
For alternative payment methods, please choose option one while processing your registration and a tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you for payment.
Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers by emailing 4ccardiology@arinexgroup.com. Such requests cannot be accepted over the phone.
Registration Fees:
- Cancellation on or before 14 November 2025 will incur an AU$150.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations from 15 November 2025 to 3 January 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on or after 4 January 2026 will not be entitled to refunds.

This information is correct at the time of publishing. The Conference Managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
Recordings and Copyright
The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
Visa Requirements
All visitors travelling to Australia must have a valid visa. It is strongly recommended that Australian visa applications are lodged at least two months prior to departure from your point of origin. Please contact register.4ccardiology@arinexgroup.com should you require a welcome letter. Welcome letters will only be issued to registered and paid delegates.

The Conference Organisers are not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Melbourne, Australia.
